The buzz has already taken the motor world by storm. Did you hear it? Well, who hasn’t? Lamborghini is busy working on an SUV that promises to be one of the best-looking, fastest, and most powerful when it hits the market in just a few months. The Italian supercar maker is all set to unleash Urus, the marque’s only second SUV which will feature a fine blend of supercar cues with over-the-top modern luxuries.
As Lamborghini promises, the Urus will make use of the supercar-driven performance seen throughout the lineup when it debuts. The SUV will not only be fast and furious but will also be stylish beast. What confirms the Urus’s breath-taking look is its production styling that already featured in the 2012 concept and the spy photos that corroborate to its angular look.
Focusing our attention on the car’s front fascia, it will be highlighted by an angular grille complimented by a sharp nose like the Huracan and Aventador that already before it. While the lower portion will just be as aggressive with two angular vents and a lower central vent, it will work wonders to regulate better airflow and facilitate engine cooling.
At the rear end, the car showcases a set of sleek LED taillights, a short rear window – quad exhaust tips and a backup camera that comes standard. What keeps the things more sporty are the big wheels and a low center of gravity, giving Urus a more stunning look than the original concept.
The SUV will come loaded with the goodness of a 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 generating as much as 650 horsepower (484 kilowatts), making it the quickest SUV around the Nurburgring. Infact, the car will be launched with an all-electric option soon after its official launch anytime next year. It will cost around $200,000 when it goes on sale.
