The fierce competition in the car market is goading Korean and Japanese carmakers to come out of their comfort zone and challenge their German rivals. The Genesis G70 is a popular sports sedan from Hyundai’s luxury division and it has been reported that another version of the manual-transmission system is due to be released in 2019. The 2019 Genesis G70 will be equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will tentatively deliver a power of 250 hp. The engine will be paired with a six-speed manual transmission system. Customers can expect the car to get a rear-wheel drive along with Brembo brakes and a limited slip differential. The G70 will also offer the option of a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 engine that delivers 365 hp. The manual-transmission engine promises to deliver MPG figures of 18/28/22 in city, highway and combined respectively.

The 2019 Genesis G70 has an exterior which endows it with an athletic look. The car assumes the athletic personality due to the long hood, a short overhang, and an elegant sloping roofline. The interior has been equipped with advanced navigation technologies like in-car speech recognition and other safety features like adaptive cruise control, drowsiness warning, collision warning and blind spot detection. The safety has been enhanced by nine airbags that have been attached to different locations in the cabin.
