The 2018 model of Hyundai Sonata comes in five versions, namely the SE version, the SEL version, the Limited version, the Sport version an the Eco model. Hyundai has provided different engines for different versions. The Eco model gets 1.6-litre Turbo-4 engine while other models are equipped with 2.4-liter Inline-4 engine. The Sport 2.0T and Limited 2.0T model have been fitted with 2.0-liter Turbo engine.
The 2.4-liter engine delivers 185 hp and the 2.o-liter Turbo engine gives 245 hp. The small turbo engine fitted in the Eco model yields 178 hp. The transmission systems included in different Sonata models include a 6-speed automatic transmission, a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission as well as an 8-speed automatic transmission.

With a starting price of AED 69,900, the 2018 Hyundai Sonata is car that has more features for money. Besides the comfortable interior, the new Hyundai Sonata has several safety features like blind spot monitors, adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic alerts, automatic emergency braking and rearview cameras. Additionally, passenger safety has been enhanced by seven standard airbags.
